Personal Statement: Hi Friends, This is Jeremy Payne from the USA. When surgical intervention is being considered for a number of spinal disorders, Endoscopic Spine Surgery (ESS) offers a contemporary, minimally invasive alternative to the older open spine surgery. Traditional open surgery usually involves a larger incision and extensive dissection and retraction of muscles and tissues covering the spine to provide visual access to the area of concern. This more extensive approach, although effective, can result in significant post-operative pain, longer recovery periods, and higher risks related to larger wounds.
